An ither style would be the trailer, trailers are made to show the audinece what is to come in the film and act as a taster and give you a chance to see some of the film and what it will be like.

As there was already a existing film called The Thing and this was a sequel so we learn that this film will already be popular, even it is yet to be reased it will still have a already existing fan base so this can be seen as one style of marketing. Websites are also a way of marketing aswell as posters. Another marketing style is the trailer. trailers are made to show the audinece what is to come in the film and act as a taster,
